Extraordinary Experiences
I was raised by a visionary. My mother, a gifted designer living in the quiet town of Williston, North Dakota, caught the eye of none other than Mattel Toys, yes, that Mattel, through her handmade doll company. Her talent opened doors, and our family moved west in pursuit of something greater.
We landed in Washington state, where my parents purchased a struggling orchard, a few fruit trees on a piece of land that hadn’t seen profit in years. It wasn’t a business yet. It was a dream with dirt on it. My father traveled for work, so my mother and I rolled up our sleeves and got to work.
By the time I was just a child, I was acting as the CEO of that orchard. I learned business the hard way: through late nights, hands-on experience, and a relentless drive to figure it out. I handled customers. I sold at markets. I helped turn a few forgotten trees into a thriving, half-million-dollar operation.
Then, life changed.
After my father’s passing, everything shifted, family dynamics, grief, and the weight of responsibility could have broken me. But I made a decision: I would not disappear into pain. I would fight for the life I knew I was capable of.
Today, I’m the CEO of The SOP Specialist™, where I bring every lesson I learned from those early days, resilience, innovation, and the power of systems, to seven-figure businesses ready to eliminate waste, reclaim their time, and grow without screaming.
